We are an artisan family business that since the 90s is specialized in the production of artisan confectionery products, such as nougat, chocolate, nougat cakes, brittle, praline, dried fruit and much more.
We serve wholesalers, pastry chefs, professionals in Italy and around the world; in 2020 we also opened our store in Santarcangelo di Romagna where we offer to all gourmands the opportunity to taste our specialties.

Chocolate
Our “chocolate” includes delicious cakes of soft and creamy chocolate where you can choose from more than 50 different flavors, the classic cremini, truffles, pralines, trays and bars of various selections of dark, milk or white chocolate. With the best chocolate we also glaze a lot of candied or dehydrated fruit such as orange, lemon, ginger, figs and many others.

Nougat
The nougat has always represented Dolciaria Sara’s flag ship.
Our nougat is artisanal, among our proposals you will find the classic nougat, the soft nougats and the famous soft nougat cakes in many flavors: tiramisu, salted butter, pistachio, candied fruits, hazelnut cream, and many other tastes!
We also produce sugar-free nougat.
Brittle
We offer the possibility to choose between the classic and sugar-free variants brittle.
We produce handcrafted bars of brittle, brittle cakes and delicious sweetened fruit such as almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts and pistachios.
The caramelized grains are ideal to be enjoyed together with ice cream, yogurt or as a filling in cakes.
